Antrobis Cabbage Canter. A very flat race 2 laps with a slight incline between 3/4 8/9 km with a very nice down hill last km. Pleased with my run a seasons best me thinks i could have pushed it a little more lost concentration a couple of time and could have gone under 57mins me thinks not to worry a very good race and no pressure only one from my club.
