Ran this with OM, partly to pace him round for a PB and partly to stop me going to quick. Enjoyed race and chatted during race along with trying to block the wind on some windy parts. Pace was fairly constant and averaged 8.32 m/m. Om got a V45 Pb by 87 secs (I think) which was good and also fun for me shouting for him to go faster at the end lol ! Good turn out by WJ and lots of PB's but special mention to Hotlegs wining a CC medal and 7/8min PB and both the Richmonds who knocked 6 min or so off there previous times. Course was a little boring and very windy in places but enjoyed overall. 'Injury' was there but only a slight ache and no pain, distance will have done it good and will stretch out and have a recovery run tomorrow, going to enjoy Red wine/Guiness now with Roast Lamb for dinner.
