Notes & Comments

Sedgefield Serpentine 6.5m. Bit chilly before the start but soon warmed up once race got underway. The first mile was quite downhill and flat followed by a series of gentle climbs and woodland trails. The hilly bits took it out of my legs after a few miles and I suffered a bad stitch for miles 4 and 5. Very windy in some parts but a great course and lovely change of scenery. Stayed for presentation at pub afterwards.
