Croft Circuit Pitstop 10k. What a great race. First time I've done this one. Cracking venue. Flat as a pancake, and could be really quick. To say that yesterday I was running like I had sponges instead of lungs. Took it steady on the first couple of laps then went a bit quicker on the last, instead of slowing down like I normally do. Very pleased with this. Did the laps in 14:52, 15:06 and 14:45, going through halfway in 23:17, which makes for a negative split. D's B's, and one for the diary for next year.
