Toad Hall 10k - given that it was such a hot day I'd decided from the start that I wasn't going to race this one, saying that I did run quite hard, if I'd raced I don't think I'd have got round. The Personal worst is testiment to how hard this course was, much harder than I'd envisaged. Great race though, one to do again!
