Harriers Club Handicap. St Peter's Rd.

Deliberated all day whether to do this, but thought may as well as speed has been lacking.
Was not expecting just how grassy it was (knee high in places) and "uphill" on way back. Still not a fan of laps.

Suppose not an awful result given my pb is 22.50, although only clocked 3 miles here. If had been flat/road, might have had a chance.

First time using HRM in a race. Max HR 189, lol.
