Good start, 1 mile @ 6:02, 5 miles @1:1:30, finished strongly. Undulating course and hot weather, but enjoyable run. 41st overall/3rd MV50/2nd MV50 Surrey. As at Sutton 10K, I just missed out on winning MV50 - the winner was only 11 seconds faster and the runner up was just 2 seconds ahead of me! I had no idea how close it was until I saw the results.
