Newby Hall 10k. Nice day. warm weather but with a bit of a breeze which seemed to always be in your face. A bit disappointed with the time, as I was three and a half minutes faster last year, but my training hadn't been as disrupted as this year. Thighs ached before the start, and still did afterwards. I seemed to be okay til just after 26mins, then the slightest of climbs took the wind out of my sails, and I just had to hang in until the finish. I am going to keep going with this new regime though, and see if it comes good.
