Notes & Comments

Clandon Park 10k. Something of a x-country affair. First 3 kilometers or so were slow and congested (nature of course rather than number of runners), and this forced some walking. From then on though, opened up a bit and managed to pick up a little pace. My left shin + hamstring were a bit sore, but nothing to troublesome. Really quite pleased with my time considering the terrain and my 2am finishes at work Thu + Fri. Marshalls + organisation were excellent. All in all a very enjoyable run.
