Lilleshall 10K (Sexarathon Race 1) - Very pleased with my run and finished in 8th place. Felt a bit strange going so fast at the start after all my long marathon training but managed to keep a good pace all the way around, being pushed by Claire Martin. A big pb for the course and not far off my 10K pb despite being a slower course.
