Rodders
Larne Half Marathon. Went well until around 6 miles where my left hamstring got tight and I had to ease back on the pace, especially on the downhill sections. Thought about stopping but on the flat again I was able to pick the pace up a bit now and again. Also had a toilet break at mile 10.
