Snowdon International Mountain Race. A cracking day and well organized. The ascent on the first 5 mile was incredible really steep and tough. Hit the summit in 4 mins less than last year. Was going well or so I thought as I got to halfway house tripped and twisted my ankle big time managed to hobble through the last couple of miles and managed to beat last years time which was good. well done to the drink station personnel you did a good job today. I will be back next year. The best race I have done so Far.
