Winking Lizard Shot in the Dark. I rocked the course!!!!! It was cooler than normal, which helped. A nice breeze part of the time, but blazing sun part of the time as well. Pounded up the hills. Got hung up in traffic early and even got stuck running on the sidewalk on the first bridge. Took off from Mike by mile 1. Ed took off at the very beginning. Kept trying to catch the chick with the backpack (how could she run with that thing)?? Passed her once but she managed to stay a few feet in front of me most of the time. I had a BLAST!!! Was bummed, though. Thought I missed my PB then realized I beat it by almost a full minute!!!!
