Notes & Comments

That was tough. This is my watch time which I think is correct. I now seem to be incapable of working it correctly. When I was slower I got nice accurate splits, now I'm hitting the wrong buttons and stopping it rather than taking splits... Will wait for the official results.
Pleased with the run but it was hot and sticky tonight. I think it was the toughest run I've done. Certainly feels like it at the moment.
