Nick Beer 10k road race this morning felt I ran well and pretty consistent today. A little disappointed with the time as I had hoped to be a minute of two quicker. Nevertheless happy with the run and made a fair bit of ground up in the last mile passing 10-12 runners in the last 200 metres.
