Hurrah the rain stopped in time for the race. First km felt very hard. I seem to be at my best from 1k to halfway. I was overtaken by at least 6 people in the last 300m - need to get a sprint finish. It rained slightly on the way round and there was a rainbow. 55 secs faster than last week.
