Notes & Comments

Pre-run fueling:Hot cross bun

Pre-run: Not great. Tummy gripey and feeling quite dizzy. Loopy run and thought I would more than likely finish it early.

During: Awful at first, but improved as it went on. Felt quite good from about 4-8 miles. Managed it all without too much trouble. Got hot towards the end.

Post-run: A lot better than before, but expecting to be tired now on the drive home.
