3 sets of Staggered stance RDLs 12 reps each side X3
3 sets of Deadlift 3 X 12 With calf raise 2 X 12
3 sets of Glute Bridge 3 X 12, Side plank 30 seconds each side
3 sets of KB swings 12 per set
Press ups 12 per set
3 sets of Banded quad extension 12 each leg per set
Floor seated double arm shoulder press 15 per set
3 sets of Single leg isometric hamstring holds 30 seconds each leg per set
Lunge & press with KB 12 reps each side per set
3 sets of Straight leg raise 12 per set
