W/up all 20 seconds 3 rounds Floating heel drops, Press up position diagonal toe taps, Fire Hydrants, Side Lunges
3 sets of Single leg calf raises with KB 20 each leg each set, Lopsided squats with KB 15 each leg each set.

3 sets of Single leg isometric holds 25 seconds each hold, Double arm cleans 15 each set
3 sets of Front leg raised Lunges 20 each leg per set, Lateral walk with band 20 steps each leg per set.
3 sets of Side plank leg raises with band 12 each leg per set, Abductor side leg raises with band 12 each side per set
3 sets of Double leg calf raises on step with 2 X 2Kg weights 20 per set, Side plank 40 seconds each side each set.
3 sets of Banded toe raises 20 each side per set, Swiss ball stir the pot 10 each way per set.
