Walking core circuit
1.) Waiter walk with 6.25 kg BB, 50 sec either side
2.) Suitcase carry with 10 kg KB, 55 sec either side
3.) Small walking halo with 8 kg KB, 50 sec walk
4.) Walking shoulder press with 7.5kg BB, had to drop to 6.25 after 3 reps
2x 30 seconds on either side
5.) Heartbeat with 6.25 kg BB, 40 sec walk

Leg and glute strength circuit
3x 10 rear lunges per leg, 1x 8 kg, 2x 10 kg (upgraded)
3x 10 SL deadlifts per leg, 8 kg KB
3x KB swings, first 20x with 8 kg, upgrade to 2x 15 with 10 kg BB
10 Goblet squats with 10 kg BB
I think I'm ready for an upgrade to 12 kg in some exercises.
