5k recovery run in the park in 🌞

After a more or less productive day, I headed out to enjoy the sunshine. There were a lot of runners in the park and we greeted each other on each pass. Really nice run, my legs appreciated the gentle stroll. HR stayed in Z1 throughout except when I ran up the hill. Good run with 9.5 toe nails, zero issues.
