Easy Effort Run
Slept ok. Legs felt ok, but stomach a bit dodgy last night and this morning, so decided to run easy today and move harder run to tomorrow.

Kept effort easy/very easy throughout. A couple of slight stomach cramps when running. Legs felt good throughout and HR is in a really good place for the effort vs pace.

All good.
