Walking core circuit
1.) Waiter walk with 5 kg BB, 40 sec either side
2.) Suitcase carry with 8 kg KB, 40 sec either side
3.) Small walking halo with 8 kg KB, 45 sec walk
4.) Walking shoulder press with 5kg BB, 50 sec walk
5.) Heartbeat with 8 kg BB, 30 sec walk
6.) Kick-through get-up with 2 kg BB (oh man, this is hard!)

Leg and glute strength circuit
3x 10 rear lunges per leg, with 8 kg KB
3x 10 SL deadlifts per leg, 8 kg KB
