Notes & Comments

Better run. Deliberately took it steady and tried to keep hr below or around 150. Noticeable that the run didn't take it out of me too much. Nice chat with Paul Alexander en route who reminded me about how I stormed the end of the Manchester Marathon and I feel more than ever that I would love to feel that again.
