Mobility Session 1 of mobility with Runna ✅
This is a 30 minute yoga for runners session focusing on mobilising all the key running muscles whilst also building stability through the core. Today's class introduces many of the key movements in this mobility series.

My thoughts- struggled with some of the poses but felt the movement/stretch in muscles used when running Inc spine and core
