New Year Knackercracker race - I improved my time over 7 minutes from last year, so am EXTREMELY pleased, especially since I was running in a Snow White costume. The 50 mile training weeks are beginning to take effect. I could improve my time in this race by doing much more hill training, on hills of a steeper grade, and by practicing the steps. But overall, an excellent New Year result.
