Very happy with this run. Perfect cold, still, cloudy day. Planned to do a slow 10m and wasn’t sure how manageable it would be but quite surprised how good I felt. Decided when I got to 8 that I could maybe do another mile so hung on til the end. Was actually tiring after about 8 but seemed to speed up a little.

Glutes and hamstrings okay but heart rate is a little bit high.
