Bromley parkrun Plus
Final parkrun of 2024, fancied a tilt at the Bromley version on a misty and chilly morning.
Just over a mile warm up, met Mark, Karen and Kerstin for the start and then blasted around the 2½ laps (23rd and 18:31), finished off with 2 laps warm down, the first with Kerstin.
Felt good despite the accumulated mileage! 🏃💪
