Longest run for a while. Happy to have done this but really unhappy with how my upper hamstrings are feeling and don’t know what to do. Can’t have another 5 months of physio when I don’t actually know what is wrong.

Pleased with this run as hadn’t expected to get to 8m. Just ran and didn’t focus on pace at all.
