Couldn’t decide about gym as afternoon plans and needed to be home on time so opted for a run instead. Hamstrings and glutes still feeling a bit tight and really don’t know what to do. I can run a decent distance but not got much speed in legs, although it’s ages since I did any speed work. Need to get back on it.
