4 sets x 9 @ 43Kg Straightforward.
Do 10 reps next week

Chest press
This week: 3 sets x 7 @ 21Kg - changed arranged and used garden chairs for rest (higher start)
Still hard
Keep at 7

Pull over with glute bridge
This week: 4 sets x 8 @18Kg
Can go up to 9

Keep at 8 L and 7 R (for one last week)

Split squat
This week: 4 sets x 8 @18Kg ES
Keep at 4 sets x 8 @ 18Kg ES
