Notes & Comments

First 3 miles - grand - through Tywyn and neighbouring village flat and lots of support. Mile 4 was a long gentle hill... not too bad since it was followed by a nice downhill and then a good few flat miles. Was lovely running towards the rock - very flat with the wind behind us but then running around the Rock was into a strong headwind - urgh. And then long country lanes with no people, no views and a fair peppering of hills. Was really good to get back onto the busier roads with more people to spur you on. No pain from leg while running but foot/ankle is very sore today. Probably not helped by walking from campsite to Dolgellau and back yesterday evening.
