Dead lift
This week:
Warm up - 1 x 10 @ 39Kg
4 sets x 6 @ 43Kg Went better than I thought it would (practiced technique with movement from the hips before I started
Can try 7 reps next week

Chest press
This week: 3 sets x 7 @ 21Kg
Better.

Keep at 7 for one last week

Pull over with glute bridge
This week: 4 sets x 6 @18Kg
Stick at 6 - finding hold the db over my face pretty scary :-o

Keep at 7 for another week.

Split squat
This week: 4 sets x 10 @16Kg ES
Better than last week

Move up to 4 sets x 6 @ 18Kg ES
