Rehab session with bands for my hips
Clam shells, table top dips leg raises in different directions with bands to work on abductors and adductors with a bit of core work. Finished with the devilish exercise of side planks on the upper leg, stressing the adductors in particular. Finished with some long slow stretches to wind down after a crazy NFL game day
