Notes & Comments

First 10k race in a loooong time and first time on the new Lichfield 10k course, definitely much hillier than the old one which was highly unappreciated after only 3hrs sleep at work. Still, my target was 1h 5m which I wasn't due to get until the last mile so glad I managed to retain enough to make the most of the mainly downhill finish. Oh, and got drenched for 3 miles, which was fun 😂
