Think I could have done improved on the time if I'd prepared a bit better. Good start and first half, averaging ~ 6:55 / mile. Slowed down 2nd half especially over the 'Green Way' - into the wind and fine grit underfoot for much of the way; I could feel my shoes slipping backwards slightly.
