Stratford half mara - my watch time. Quite pleased because I paced it pretty well, wanted to do 10 min miles and keep my HR around 150-155. Av HR smack on 150! Lovely run, felt good all the way round, quite disappointed to finish really, wished I'd been able to do the full mara again this year. Not too hot either and quite windy which makes a change for this race!
