Last long training run for MMMforH.
Very tired (Belfast 2 weeks ago and a few too many very short very fast runs in last 1 week
Terrible attitiude to strt with , but got better nad by last of 3 loops actually much better
Did 3 x 6m loops, a sombraro and a 400m loop
Thansk mum and Hari and Mammy for keeping mr going
