Accidentally recorded this as a walk lol so that's why there's a 5 mile split and a 3 mile split. Anyway, run from lloyd so first 6 could be with omar, then was just gonna do mile out and back but then ran into will newman so ran with them for a bit which was nice. Beautiful evening out on the river, ugh philly is so pretty in the springtime. Good to run with omar, but not quite the friendship breakthrough I was perhaps hoping for. Legs felt pretty good. Thought about doing strides, but did I? Haha no.
