Notes & Comments

Ran with the new ladies as they prepare for Langtoft 10k, they comfortably managed 6m. We ran the Marholm route but back via Mountsteven Avenue and Fulbridge Road to increase the distance

Run was ok, but as soon as I stopped my back seized and I struggled to even walk for the rest of the evening :-(
