Had planned to run as well as Zwift today but a combination of work and, more importantly, my hamstrings meant that running was a no go.
Really fed up and miserable about the hamstring pain but at least I managed a super gentle spin on the bike AND a new season of RHOBH has just appeared on Netflix.
