Ulverston Xmas Pud 10K. Chuffed, 13secs away from PB. Very even paced. Set off what thought was too slow 6:20 1st mile marker but was a bit long. Need to learn that lesson. John dragged me round all way. He pulled away on last corner, but I sprinted to line to finish together. Same time but I got V45 prize because lower entry number. Splits from GPS 6:13, 6:15, 6:11, 6:10, 6:16, 6:08, 1:18
