Seeley 10k in Ormeau Park. Prep just as vets 5m race 2 weeks ago. Cereal 8am, cheese on toast 11am, WU jog at 30min, gel and red bull and stretching in last 20min, race at 2:30. May have gone out a little fast, felt a little like I was tying up in km8, but hung on and had enough for a strong last km (uphill!). Splits: 7.23 (first marker missed...), 3.47, 3.50, 3.47, 3.45, 3.54, 4.02, 3.51, 3.37.
