Notes & Comments

I did the 'Hugh Wilson Memorial 10k' On Saturday at East Kilbride. This was a very fast & flat course and I managed to achieve a New PB by 11 Secs.Once again I set of far too fast from the Start as I did the 1st Mile in 5.29! I realise that if I can pace myself at the start then i will lower my time even more in my future Races.
It was so freezing!!! And the Roads were very slippy to run on,esp when turning at the half-way point and running over the foot-bridge! I was pleased with my performance overall and I can now build on this and go from Strength to Strength.Happy!!!
GARMIN-INFO= Best Pace- 04:36, Best Lap Pace- 05:49, Calories Burnt- 728.
