Running GP Goodwood Marathon: 03:55:24 Pos: 36/58

I wasn't feel too great for this, so to get a sub-4 suits me. I had an upset stomach and felt a bit off. Luckily the weather was kind with a lot of cloud cover and temperatures around 15-17 degrees.

I managed to get going at a good pace that I held well until gone 17 miles, but then I faded and realised that I was not feeling 100%.

It was quite an odd feeling to take my foot off the gas and jog the last few miles and get well under 4. If had been able to keep going, I might have got a 3:52 ish today. I ran 3:47 on this course in February when I was on good form that day and the weather was perfect.
