Session with PT - below is the full program for this phase

Dead lifts
Warm-up 10x 39Kg
4 sets 63 Kg, work up to 8 reps in each set

BB Chest Press
2-3 sets 21 Kg, work up to 8 reps in each set, then increase to 4 sets

Single Arm db BOR
2-3 sets 18 Kg, work up to 8 reps ES in each set, then increase to 4 sets

Split squat with sandbag
2-3 sets 15Kg bag (held high on chest), work up to 8 reps ES in each set, then increase to 4 sets

DB cleans and snatch
Cleans
2-3 sets 10Kg, work up to 8 reps ES in each set, then increase to 4 sets

Snatch
2-3 sets 6Kg, work up to 8 reps ES in each set, then increase to 4 sets - only do if feel OK after everything else
