Seven Pools Run. Legs felt fine and I wasn't hanging around, but still more than two minutes slower than my PB. eL Bee! waited for me just after 2km and let me finish first like a true gentleman ;o) HR touched 181 on one of the later hills and I suspect that's close to my true maximum. Disappointed not to get a PB, but really enjoyed it as a fast off-road tempo run.
