Notes & Comments

London Marathon 2023. Felt good after a few miles so decided to go for Sub3. Held it till late on. Seized up afterwards. st johns tent with severe cramp. pleased with that of so few miles.

Good carb load. two gels on course 12 and 18M Hi5 gels. Hi5 caffeine sports drink before start. drink more next time, bit dehyrated at end I think. cramp hit at 9M in left calf but it went as expected a few miles later.
