Legs are definitely feeling the marathon training, have generally been tired and low on energy this week. And today legs were not feeling at all springy, more tired and heavy. Rather windy, sufficient to blow my cap off in the first mile. Oops. And seemed spend a lot of time running into the wind. Also hillier than remembered but a nice course on closed roads with a good finish into the football stadium and always well organised. Bit disappointed with the time but just felt like hard work today. Am really hoping the marathon will feel better on rested legs.
