What can I say - There is a 15m option on this, and my mind tricked me into do only doing the 15m and not the 21 as planned.

Lack of confidence and trg since coming back from illness.

Ran reasonably well, but didnot have the heart for it today at all.

Had a strong last 6 miles too, why oh why could I not carry on and do the 21m race instead - simple, mind tricks at 10m went mind said only 15m today - you know it makes sense...... (you still get a finish pos, as tyhe choice is down to you on the day) your trg has been wrecked by illness, youre not going to get 3:30 at FLM, so why bother, just jog round on the day......... I must be a sucker, coz I believed it......

Have now beaten my self up a bit, but seeing as have Mon and Tue of work, will do recovery and club tomorrow, then try and get this negativity out of my system on Tues with a decent 20m LSR.....

Anyway did the 15.25m in a reasonable 2:08:29 and felt pretty comfortable.....

Oh well another day of learning at the office (even after 8 years of running).
